people who work as organisational consultants, coaches, management trainers, educators & managers — who have participated actively in a TA Foundation plus at least 240 hours covering all organisational & educational TA concepts in TAJ and elsewhere, plus applications. Participants will also be in TA supervision and engaged in TA based personal development (therapy or coaching). It is for people serious about TA as their underpinning conceptual frame, and includes some CTA preparation for those interested.
The focus is the emergent practice of participants, who will take responsibility for contracting for the processes they need in response to the work that they are engaged in. The middle three modules will be themed and the final module involves presentations of small group projects designed and jointly delivered by participants during the year to one or more of their clients. The first module provides the opportunity to experiment with contracting, group-building and establishing any desired structures and processes for all the modules. Theory will be from TA and elsewhere with a co-creative slant.
