- you will develop your capacities as a practitioner and be in a position to consider the benefits of becoming a CTA in organisational or educational applications.
- also this programme can provide optional ILM accreditation: diplomas in coaching which will involve extra 30 hours on the Fridays in the morning, assignments and fee)
practical
- conveniently programmed as ten events approximately every four weeks, on a Friday afternoon from 1.30-7.30 (ILM option from 10) and Saturdays from 9–5.
- dates for 2009 are: January 30/31; February 27/28; March 27/28; May 1/2 & 29/30; June 19/20; September 4/5; October 2/3 & 30/31; ending November 27/28 plus Nov 6/7/8 residential on unconscious process in groups with Rosemary Napper TSTA O&E and Helena Hargaden TSTA P with extra cost of around £375.
process
- on Friday afternoons there is an invitation to safely reflect on your professional experience, plus focussed supervision options.
- On Saturdays we examine, extend and deepen understanding of specific TA concepts, and consider application.
practitioners
- The key trainer is Rosemary Napper (TSTA Organisations; TSTA Education; Accredited Counsellor BACP; MA Educational Studies with a TA based dissertation). She co-wrote TACTICS — how TA can support the learning process.
- Additional trainers from Europe will occasionally be invited for Saturdays.
participants
- you work as a trainer, coach, consultant, mentor, facilitator, tutor, manager or in some other organisational or educational role.
- you have a solid knowledge of the TA concepts considered in the TA 101, gained through a minimum of 100 hours TA learning in any field.
- you can usually recognise when you cathect your Adult ego state.
- maximum twelve participants.

- a training centre in Oxford — with local cafés and restaurants for pastiming.
price
- £1600 paid upfront; £1750 with standing orders; £2500 if invoiced. All plus VAT.
- ILM LEVEL 7 Coaching certificate of diploma option £900 for extra course & tutorials and £750 registration ⁄ verifying fee.
