Organisational & Educational TA training
Develop yourself in 2012 via a cohesive 120 hour learning programme of Organisational & Educational Transactional Analysis for people with over 120 hours of TA learning.
professional benefits
- you will develop your fluency in using TA concepts to think about your work
- you will gain insight into specialised TA concepts developed by Berne and others which enrich a relational perspective on work which involves learning and organisational contexts: culture, organisational structures, dynamics and power, leadership, groupings, multi-party contracts, emotional fluency — and more! (forming a two year programme for those considering TA qualifications)
- you can take the opportunity for reflective supervision on your actual work
potential proficiency
- you will develop your capacities as a practitioner, and be in a position to consider the benefits of becoming a CTA in organisational or educational applications.
practical
- conveniently programmed as six modules approximately bi-monthly, on a Friday afternoon from 1.30-7.30, Saturdays from 9-6 and Sundays from 9-4 (except Sept & Dec).
- dates for 2012 are: February 24-26; April 20-22; June 22-24; September 1-3 (Saturday lunchtime to Monday at 4); October 19-21; November 30 – December 3 (Some supervision timings designed to fit around dates).
- There will be a symposium for systemic TA practitioners in Heidleburg on 7/8 July, beginning on the evening of 6th, which is designed with you in mind: please come!
process
- on day 1 there is an invitation to safely reflect on your professional experience. On day 2 we examine, extend and deepen understanding of specific TA concepts, and day 3 focuses on the theory of practice.
practitioners
- The key trainer is Rosemary Napper (TSTA Organisations; TSTA Education; CTA Counselling + Accredited Counsellor BACP; MA Educational Studies with a TA based dissertation). She co-wrote TACTICS — how TA can support the learning process.
